Alan leads Altz Group’s construction practice and remains directly involved in planning, design coordination, budgets, schedules and execution. His background spans hands-on field construction, general contracting, construction management and owner-side oversight.
Senior Project Manager
Lido brings more than four decades of construction and development experience across owner representation, general contracting and construction management. His background covers preconstruction, procurement, field operations, cost control, scheduling and closeout.
Senior Project Manager, Preconstruction & Estimating
Davit brings a background in civil engineering, estimating and project management, with experience across public- and private-sector construction. He supports Altz Group’s preconstruction planning, estimating, technical coordination and project delivery.
Director of Concrete & Superstructure
Pavel specializes in concrete, masonry, foundations and superstructures. His background spans structural sequencing, drawing interpretation, estimating, crew leadership, quality control and safety coordination.
Director of Field Operations
Armando’s field background spans concrete foundations, underpinning, residential and commercial construction, finish carpentry, and large-building window and glass installation.
Project Manager, MEP Coordination
Jose has managed construction across supermarkets, restaurants, medical facilities and residential buildings. His experience includes MEP trade coordination, drawing review, RFIs, submittals, material ordering and final punch lists.
