Construction management begins with understanding the program, the drawings and the conditions on site. Our team brings together scope review, estimating, constructability, scheduling and logistics so that owners and design professionals can make informed decisions before field work advances.
Preconstruction can include budget development, bid leveling, value analysis and trade procurement. The level of involvement is matched to the assignment and its stage of development.
During construction
Keep decisions connected.
Our construction-management services include project-team and trade coordination, cost and schedule tracking, submittals, requests for information and construction documentation. Procurement decisions and field conditions are addressed alongside design questions, with communication between ownership, design professionals and field leadership.
The same coordination continues through quality review, punch-list work and turnover. A decision about a building system can affect a ceiling, a finish or the sequence of several trades; reviewing those relationships is part of managing the work.
